If any transaction is deemed incorrect, unauthorized, or fraudulent, payment may be reversed, and the relevant payments will remain outstanding. Transactions are processed on the day they are submitted for payment unless submitted on a weekend or non-working weekday, in which case they will be processed on the next working day. Upon receipt of funds into our bank account, we will issue a proper receipt. While we endeavor to process transactions promptly, we expressly disclaim liability for any processing delays that may occur. Payment is not considered accepted until funds have cleared. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Property Agreement. Any duplicate or excess payments received will be adjusted against future invoices. It is your responsibility to maintain documentation evidencing payments made through the
website. Any service or maintenance requests made through this website are subject to the Property Agreement.

ADVERTISEMENT TERMS OUTSIDE THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

All purchases must be made in Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), regardless of the currency stated in the ads. Please note that due to currency fluctuations, the amounts listed in currencies other than AED may be higher or lower at the time of signing the Property Agreement. We advise contacting our Sales Center to confirm the purchase price in AED.

Purchases are subject to signing a separate Property Agreement with its own terms and conditions. The amounts due under the Property Agreement will be listed in AED and must be paid in AED.
